Alessandra is amazing! She has a really calm energy about her , never pressured us or made us feel rushed and made our journey of buying our first home really smooth and unstressful. She has really insightful, deep market knowledge and a very keen eye. When we found the house we would buy, she would constantly spot details we had overlooked and offer recommendations or ask the seller questions about the house. We really felt like no stone had been left unturned and we were fully aware of every intricacy of the house by the end. And then she was super proactive in getting alternative, cheaper bids for repairs which would need doing and negotiating with the seller.
